Do I get all my images from my session?

No*, your professional photographer will choose images to be retouched and completes a password protected Gallery. Each session as a guaranteed number of digital images included in the session fee, all Galleries come with more images for clients to have the ability to choose their favorite retouched images or purchase additional images/full Gallery.

 

Can I purchase additional images?

Yes, additional retouched images are provided in each Gallery. You can purchase individual images or the option to purchase the whole Gallery. Please understand your retouched Gallery will not be released until your session  and/or extra images/Gallery is paid for.

 

Do you provide a disc with images?

No, I do not provide a disc with images. No disc's can be purchased.

Services ONLY include direct hi-res digital image downloads.

Should you desire you images on a USB you can purchase a personalized USB for $65.

 

How long is my photo session?

The actual photo session itself varies for type of session. Please refer to my pricing page for details on sessions.

 

Can I order prints directly from your website?

Yes, I provide high quality Professional prints for a reasonable cost with the conveniency of ordering directly from your gallery. To view my price list to a guide.  If you do not see a print size and/or product you want to purchase please contact your photographer.

 

Do I get the rights to my images?

What is the turn around time for completed Gallery?

Completed Galleries will be released with a 2 week turn around from date of submission.  (Unless during the busy Fall season, then please up to 3).  When your Gallery is complete you will receive an email on how to proceed download your hi-res digital files/images. Please make sure you have added [email protected] to you email contacts so you don't miss any important emails from us!

 

I haven't gotten my Gallery link...

Please check your 'junk mail.'  We kindly ask that you add [email protected] to you email contacts this will prevent any emails from us becoming lost. If you don't see your Gallery link, then please email [email protected]

 

How do I download my retouched gallery images?

Once your images have been retouched you will receive an email in which allows you to download your images. The email contains explicit directions for downloading both proofs and edits. 

How to download my images…. Please use the link provided in your email for access to your edited gallery.  Use the provided password.  Once you have accessed your retouched gallery, please "select images" (from top right side of screen) , then "select all" (top left side of screen),  then "download" (top right side of screen).  At this point you will be asked to submit your email address and will be emailed a link to download your images. Your images get saved as a zip file.  Please open the zip file and "extract all" to view your images as jpgs.

 

How/When do I download my proofs?

Proofs are NO longer provided with sessions. The images in your Gallery are your final images.

 

HELP I am having trouble downloading my images...

Tips for Downloading...

- download with a secure network like your home (i.e. NOT at work, most likely you will be blocked thru your employer)  - downloading with wifi or directly wired internet source is best, downloading with data (i.e. phone or tablet) may take much longer and take up lots of space on your device  

- make sure you are downloading to a computer for best/quickest results, if you are downloading to your phone or tablet please remember these are hi res images files and take up memory  

- if you are having issues downloading please clear your internet cache and try again  

- if you are still having issues please let AC Photography know email; [email protected]

 

What should I/we wear for my photo session?

Its best to keep clothing simple, avoiding logos or busy patterns.  I always suggest layers/textures. In group photos, color coordinating is always more pleasing to the eye. Wear clothes that represent you and who you are.  Feel free to bring a change of clothing. Please click here for more on WHAT TO WEAR.

 

What is photo touch up/retouching?

AC Photography uses a standard retouching technique for all photos during the retouching process.  AC Photography will "clean up" the image to make it as natural as possible, with little imperfections.  AC Photography does not over retouch images.  AC Photography retouching is best described as: removing blemishes, bruises, scratches, blending skin tones, lighting or darling image as needed. Some retouching may not be done if photographer feels it makes the image look unnatural. Any extra retouching request will have a fee per photographers' discretion, ONLY if the image(s) is able to be retouched in the desire the client is requesting. (Extra retouching fee can range from $5-$100 per image).

Should a client request a head swap there is a $15 fee/per swap should image allow.

 

What is the largest size I can print?

I resize your edited image to 27x18 or 18x27.  Should you choose to print larger please contact your photographer to have your image resized for best quality. This is also stated in final email for downloading.

 

What if I lose my images?

Don't worry your images are safe on my website.  Clients can access retouched galleries at any time. 

 

How long does it take to get prints?

AC Photography offers FREE shipping on orders $50 or more. The FREE Shipping is upgraded to priority shipping!!  There are different types of shipping from standard, priority, expedited to overnight. Shipping charges are based on zip codes. AC Photography will also upgrade your order to overnight shipping on all order over $250! 

 

Do you submit my child's High School Yearbook picture to the school?

No.  AC Photography does do not submit your child's High School Yearbook picture to their school.  This is the parents responsibility. Please note: your child's senior pictures are already at the dpi in which the school requests.

Do you offer discounts?

As of November 1, 2015, I NO LONGER offer or honor ANY discounts that have previously applied

 

​Will your logo appear on my prints?

No, as stated in email, "My logo/watermark will NOT appear on downloaded image and/or prints."

 

Can I text you?

I kindly ask that you please refrain from texting AC Photography. Although many people prefer texting, email communication is easiest for us.  However we understand on session day if you are running late or need to make us aware something its easier to text, then please do so.  Please understand we prefer email communication. Please DO NOT text us to reschedule and/or cancel your session, as remaining balance will still apply due to signed contract.
